Zocker Canada Spot Reward Program: Turn Your Podium Finish Into New Zocker Gear
The Zocker Canada Spot Reward Program is designed to recognize players who compete with a qualifying Zocker paddle and earn a podium finish at eligible pickleball tournaments across Canada.
Qualified players may receive up to $200 in Zocker.Ca store credit to use toward new paddles, shoes, balls, apparel, bags, and other Zocker gear.
Spot Reward Levels
Eligible podium finishes may receive the following rewards:
- Gold finish: $200 Zocker.Ca store credit
- Silver finish: $100 Zocker.Ca store credit
- Bronze finish: $50 Zocker.Ca store credit
Rewards are provided exclusively as Zocker.Ca store credit. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or replaced with alternative compensation.
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the Spot Reward Program, participants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Purchase a qualifying Zocker paddle directly from Zocker.Ca
- Register for an eligible tournament through pickleballtournaments.com
- Earn an official gold, silver, or bronze podium finish
- Provide a podium photo showing the participant, medal, and Zocker paddle clearly
- Submit the complete claim within seven days after the tournament date
The program is open to players of all skill levels, provided the competition is an officially recognized major event listed on pickleballtournaments.com.
Local club competitions, unofficial tournaments, and events that are not listed on the platform do not qualify.
How to Claim Your Reward
All Spot Reward claims must be submitted by email within seven days of the tournament date.
Send your claim to: info@paa.plus
Your email must include:
1. Proof of purchase
Attach your Zocker.Ca order confirmation or another valid document showing that the qualifying paddle was purchased directly from Zocker.Ca.
2. Official podium photo
Include a clear photograph showing:
- The participant
- The medal received
- The qualifying Zocker paddle
All three elements must be clearly visible in the same submission.
3. Tournament registration proof
Attach documentation confirming that you registered for the tournament through pickleballtournaments.com.
Claims submitted through social media direct messages or other communication channels will not be accepted.
Incomplete, late, or unverifiable claims may be denied.
Claim Verification
Zocker Canada will independently review every submission before issuing a reward.
As part of the verification process, Zocker Canada may confirm:
- Whether the tournament was officially listed on pickleballtournaments.com
- Whether the participant was registered for the event
- Whether the submitted purchase relates to a qualifying Zocker paddle
- Whether the podium finish and medal are legitimate
- Whether the participant has already submitted a claim for the same paddle during the tournament season
Additional documents may be requested when necessary.
Zocker Canada reserves the right to approve or deny any claim that does not satisfy the program requirements, contains incomplete information, or appears inaccurate, altered, duplicated, or fraudulent.
Store Credit Conditions
Once a claim has been approved, the participant will receive Zocker.Ca store credit subject to the following conditions:
- The credit is valid for 30 days from the approval date
- Unused credit expires after 30 days
- Expired credit will not be reissued
- The credit is non-transferable
- The credit has no cash redemption value
- Only one claim is permitted per qualifying paddle, per participant, per tournament season
Participants are responsible for using their store credit before the stated expiration date.
Eligible Tournament Scope
The Spot Reward Program applies only to major, officially recognized events listed on pickleballtournaments.com.
The following events are not eligible:
- Unlisted tournaments
- Unofficial competitions
- Informal community events
- Local club matches
- Events that cannot be independently verified
- Tournaments registered or promoted only through another platform
Zocker Canada will determine whether an event qualifies based on the information available through pickleballtournaments.com and any supporting documentation provided by the participant.
Zocker Canada is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by pickleballtournaments.com beyond the scope of this promotional partnership.
Privacy and Personal Information
Information submitted as part of a Spot Reward claim may include:
- Order confirmations
- Participant names and contact details
- Tournament registration records
- Podium photographs
- Information required to verify eligibility
This information will be collected solely for the purpose of reviewing, verifying, and processing reward claims.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Zocker Canada’s privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act — PIPEDA, where applicable.
Information will not be shared with unrelated third parties except when reasonably required to administer the program, verify a submission, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraudulent claims.
Program Changes and Availability
The Zocker Canada Spot Reward Program is offered at the sole discretion of Zocker Canada.
Zocker Canada may modify, pause, extend, restrict, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the program does not guarantee approval. All rewards remain subject to eligibility review, verification, program availability, and these terms.
The program is void where prohibited by law.
Zocker Canada is not responsible for claims or supporting documents that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or received after the claim deadline.
