The Zocker Canada 8-Week Shoe Giveaway is sponsored by Zocker Canada (“Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of Canada. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their province or territory must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter, accept a prize and complete any required winner documentation.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
The giveaway consists of eight separate weekly entry periods. Each weekly entry period closes at 11:59 PM PT on Sunday. Potential winners are scheduled to be announced at 6:00 PM PT on the following Tuesday.
Two prizes are available each week:

One Zocker Swift Core pair, approximate retail value: CA$79.95.

One Zocker Aspire Speed pair, approximate retail value: CA$109.95.
A total of 16 pairs will be awarded during the eight-week promotion, with a total approximate retail value of CA$1,519.2.
To submit one valid weekly entry, the entrant must:

Like and publicly share the applicable weekly giveaway post on both Instagram and Facebook.

Leave one comment on the applicable weekly post.

Tag three different personal accounts in that comment.

Include one number from 000–999 in the same comment.
Only one comment and one entry per person are permitted during each weekly entry period. Duplicate friend tags, business-account tags, celebrity accounts, inactive accounts, automated accounts and fabricated accounts do not qualify.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period.
For each weekly draw, the Sponsor will select:

One potential Swift Core winner.

One potential Aspire Speed winner.

Two alternates for each prize.
The draw may be screen-recorded and published through Zocker Canada’s Stories or posts. Being selected does not make an entrant a confirmed winner.
Potential winners will be contacted only by the official @zocker.ca account and must respond within 24 hours. Before being confirmed, a potential winner must:

Provide the requested name, email and Canadian delivery information.

Confirm compliance with the Official Rules.

Provide parental or legal-guardian consent if required.

Complete any required declaration and release documentation.
If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot be verified, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly or otherwise fails to comply with the Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and the applicable prize will be offered to the next alternate in the recorded order. Each alternate will also have 24 hours to respond.
Prize colour is subject to availability and may be selected by the Sponsor. If the confirmed winner’s required size is unavailable, the Sponsor may, at its discretion:

Offer another available colour or equivalent product; or

Provide a one-time 100% discount code for the applicable product, valid for seven calendar days and subject to available inventory.
No cash alternative will be provided. Prizes and replacement codes are non-transferable. Free standard shipping is included within the eligible Canadian delivery area. The winner remains responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
As a disclosed condition of accepting the prize, each winner agrees to publish an honest thank-you or product-experience post after receiving and trying the product. The winner is not required to provide a positive review. The post must clearly disclose the material connection to Zocker Canada using plain language such as:
“I received these shoes free from Zocker Canada as a giveaway prize.”
The disclosure must be clearly visible in the post and not hidden among hashtags or behind a “more” button.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who use duplicate identities, automated activity, fabricated accounts, unauthorized content or any method that interferes with the fair administration of the giveaway.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility relating to the administration of this giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.
